Phoenix Press, Inc’s policy with respect to supplier provided gifts, entertainment offers and other gratuities is consistent with our Vision and Values. Our goal is to do business with suppliers that provide superior value and services of goods purchased. We wish to avoid doing anything that suggests that our purchase decisions may be influenced by any consideration such as favors, gifts, or free entertainment.

It is our policy that no associate accept any gift, entertainment or other gratuity from any supplier, or potential supplier, without the written approval of the company President.
